Byrne says AEA is corrupt

Byrne, one of five Republican hopefuls for governor, visited Monday with the Opelika-Auburn News editorial board, speaking out on a number of issues that included the oil leak in the Gulf, English-only driver’s license exams, a $100,000 campaign contribution from friend and Auburn trustee Jimmy Rane, negative campaign advertisements, education and corruption.
