This is in reply to people who are shocked and critical of the editorial policies of The Star.
Yes, The Star does print columns by Eugene Robinson, Connie Schultz and other middle-to-left columnists. But if you read the paper on a daily basis, you know that it also runs George Will, Jonah Goldberg and other right-wing commentators.
In a time where we are seeing newspapers across the country going to a 3-day print schedule, we who love our newspapers should be thankful for our local paper that gives us local and national news coverage.
