The first sentence of the U.S. Constitution says, “We the People of the United States,” not “United State.” It means we as sovereign individuals and our individual states retain part of our sovereignty. We added the ninth and 10th amendments placing all un-enumerated rights and powers off limits to federal government.
Voters should keep that in mind because there is a real and present danger that a president will nominate justices to the Supreme Court who will destroy remaining individual and state sovereignty in favor of a dictatorial central government.
