EDITORIAL: Republicans running to the courts

A measure authorizing Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, to sue President Barack Obama passed the U.S. House of Representatives Wednesday. All but five Republicans supported it, and no Democrats voted in favor of it.

It goes by the rather boring label of “H. Res. 676.” A more lively and accurate title would be “Help Speaker John Boehner Navigate Through the Extremists in His Own Party Act of 2014.”
