OXFORD — Funeral services for Herbert Nelson Campbell, 78, will be at 2 p.m. today at Kilgroe Funeral Home Chapel-Leeds. Visitation from 12 p.m. until service time. JACKSONVILLE — Funeral service for Pamela Penny Chaney, 60, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2008, at the K.L. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Center Chapel in Jacksonville with the Revs. Lonnie Welch, Marshall Dye and Roger Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Jacksonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6-8 p.m. Mrs. Chaney died Friday, July 18, 2008, at Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Larry Chaney, of Jacksonville; a daughter, Ann Harvey, of Jacksonville; a son, Brandon Davett, of Jacksonville; two grandchildren; her father, Julian Clements, of Bynum; a sister, Sherry Smith, of Bynum; two sisters-in-law, Gail Bivins and her husband, Richard, of Jacksonville and Marie Batchelor, of Jacksonville; two brothers-in-law, William "Mo" Chaney and his wife, Pat and Leon Chaney, all of Jacksonville; a special niece, Debbie Stowe; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be nephews. Mrs. Chaney was a native of Calhoun County and life long resident. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Larry Chaney.
