Ben Frady, Anniston ANNISTON — Funeral services for Mr. Ben Frady will be announced by Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Mr. Frady died Sunday April 20, 2008 at RMC. He is survived by his family. ANNISTON — Graveside services for Tonya Ballenger Grizzard, 29, of Anniston will be 2 p.m. today at Maple Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Ronny Moore officiating. The family will receive friends today from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home. Ms. Grizzard died on Wed. in Anniston. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Louise Tidwell; father, William Ballenger of George Town, Ga.; brothers; Jimmy Ballenger and his wife Joy of Tifton, Ga., Michael Ballentine of Anniston, Kenny Ballentine of Anniston, Jimmy Lloyd of Oxford, Neal Lloyd of Anniston; sisters, Sandra Spears and her husband Joe of Weaver, and Lola Tidwell of Anniston; several aunts and uncles. Ms. Grizzard was a member of Antioch Baptist Church Oxford and was the Director of Operations for Customer 1ST Satellite. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vera Louise Ballenger. McMinn, 92, of Anniston, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father Bryan Lowe officiating. Entombment will follow at Forestlawn Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends this evening from 6-8 p.m. at K.L. Brown Memory Chapel. Mr. McMinn died Friday, April 18, 2008 at NHC HealthCare. Mr. McMinn was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. He was a devoted, loving and caring husband and father, who lived a long and happy life. He retired after 40 years of service with L & N Railroad. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Veronica McMinn of Anniston; one daughter, Beverly Brown and her companion Paul Sedmak of Anniston; two sons, James McMinn and his wife Carlene of Wedowee and Robert McMinn and his wife Joy of Ohatchee; four grandchildren; Monica Craddock, Michelle McLane, Matthew Brown and Jessica McMinn; three great grandchildren, Taylor Pritchett, Katherine McLane and Braden Craddock; three step grandchildren, Riley Craddock, Misty Mangham and Michael Raxter. Pallbearers will be Matthew Brown, Scott Bennett, Horace Mangham, Ryan Bradley, Larry Stubbs and Taylor Pritchett. Mrs. Sullivan was born in Pennsylvania but had lived in Gadsden and Ohatchee most of her life. She was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Thomas died on Sunday at his residence. MINOR HILL, Tenn. — Funeral services for Mrs. Walker-Mills, 70, of Minor Hill, Tenn., will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Valhalla Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Sharp officiating. Visitation will be this evening from 6-8 p.m. The interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mrs. Walker-Mills died Sunday at her residence. Mrs. Walker-Mills worked 25 years with WalMart. She also was a member of Minor Hill Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her first husband Albert F. Johnson, her second husband Milford H. Walker and her daughter Anita Rowell. She is survived by her third husband, Fred Mills; two sons, Phil Johnson and John Walker; one daughter, Ann Green; three brothers, Howard, Jimmy and Tommy Gamel; seven grandchildren, Susan Jones, Brad Johnson, Brandon Powell, Lynn Reese, Lee Walker, Christine and Taylor Green; 5 great-grandchildren, Preston and Griffin Jones and Grace, John and David Reese.
