Anniston police on Tuesday released more information about an Anniston woman missing since June 24.

Margie Mize, 45, may have been last seen on Alabama 21 South near McIntosh Road in Oxford.

Mize has not been seen or heard from since, according to Anniston police.

Mize is driving a bronze Nissan Sentra, tag number 11AR561, with a pink paw-print sticker on the rear, the release states. Mize was also traveling with her dog, Katie.

Anniston police Capt. Allen George declined to give specific details related to Mize’s disappearance, but said there is reason for concern.

“She’s hasn’t picked up her paycheck yet this week, and that has us concerned,” George said.

Anyone who has had contact with Mize, or anyone having information as to her whereabouts is urged to contact Anniston police at 256-238-1800.
