Group donates bicycles to Toys for Tots

The Fort McClellan Credit Union Dec. 10 donated 10 bicycles to the Marine Corp League Toys for Tots program.

The United Methodist Women (UMW) of Piedmont First United Methodist Church held its 2015-2016 officer installation Nov. 30. Yvonne Martin, spiritual growth leader, conducted the service using a rainbow theme representing talents of various individuals. New officers included, Susan Latta, president; Sheila Saccucci, vice-president; Brenda Weeks, secretary and Margaret Whorton, treasurer. Other leaders included Judy Morgan, membership and outreach; Linda Gowens, nominations committee chairperson and Becky Davis, program resources secretary. The UMW, under the guidance of Brother Tom Moye, carries out various ministries exemplifying faith, hope and love.
