I’ll be watching the Oscars tonight, because I can’t pass up a chance to sing along to “Let it Go.” Plus, Ellen DeGeneres will be so much better than whoever that guy was who hosted last year. Here’s my take on the nine movies nominated for Best Picture. Bear in mind that the closest I’ve come to any of these movies is reading the Oscars issue of Entertainment Weekly last week in the waiting room while getting my car serviced.

Shannon Thomas thought it would be fun to take her three kids — now ages 7, 10 and 10 — to see Hancock last summer. The movie was rated PG-13. "I'm thinking, 'It's a superhero movie.' The previews looked harmless and funny.

Lefevre 'stunned' Howard has her role in 'Eclipse'

LOS ANGELES — Bryce Dallas Howard is taking over as the villainous vampire Victoria in the third Twilight movie, and the actress who's played the part in the first two films says she was "stunned" and "hurt deeply" by the switch.
