Pleasant Valley All-Stars Majors and Crimson Flame

The Pleasant Valley All-Stars Majors recently won their sub-division after defeating Wellborn and Ranburne. Both Pleasant Valley and Ranburne are to advance to division play to be hosted at Pleasant Valley's home field at Cedar Springs. Pleasant Valley All-Star players include front row, left to right, Austin Hulsey, River Devoe, Drew Lewiski, Hunter Carr, Lucas Ford and Daniel Spears; second row, left to right, Garrett Preston, Eddie Roe, B.J. Pankey, Cole Williams, Trey Phillips and Will Sides; back row, coaches Ronnie Preston, Doug Phillips and Tony Borders. The team placed second in the district tournament.

The Crimson Flame 12-and-under fast pitch travel team finished its season with a 35-14 record with four championships, two second-place finishes and two third-place finishes. Team members include, from bottom left, Morgan "Mo" Cobb, Savannah Pruett, Macy Mitchell, Jennifer Turner, Callye Cobb and Maegan McCartney; middle, Molly Charles; back row, left to right, Sidney Williams, Sidney Nordan, Dre Lane, Cori Elrod, Kendra Crawford and Raegan Merryman.
