Pledger/Reaves engagement

Raymond and Teresa Pledger of Saks announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyson Leigh Pledger, to Robert Paul Reaves, son of Doug and Lynda Reaves of Lincoln.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Barbara Clay of Saks and the late Jimmy Clay and the late Ralph and Doris Mosley of Anniston.

Miss Pledger is a graduate of Saks High School. She is employed by Gentiva Health Services.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Don and Irene Kiester of Oxford and the late O.E. and Winnie Reaves of Lincoln.

Mr. Reaves is a graduate of Lincoln High School. He is employed by Anniston Army Depot.

The wedding will be Oct. 11, 2008, at 3 p.m. at Iron City Baptist Church.
