Bobby Jack and Rosalee McElroy of Heflin celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 10 in the fireside room at Parker Memorial Baptist Church.
The event was hosted by their children and grandchildren Dale and Diane Schiffner of Houston, Texas, and their children Christopher and Tonya Schiffner of Norfolk, Va., and their son Jordan; and Zachary, Andrew and Daniel Schiffner, all of Houston, Texas; Roger and Laura Jackson of Ranburne, and their children Kyle and Sydney Jackson; Jay and Debbie McElroy of Oxford and their children Caleb and Katelynn; Mike and Mary Carol Whitlow of Peachtree City, Ga., and their children Jennifer and Johnathan; Allison McElroy of Heflin, and Kevin and Amy Cole of Marietta, Ga.
The couple was married on May 10, 1958, at the Presbyterian Church of Columbus in Columbus, Miss.
