The Fourth Annual Festival of the Bands will be held Sept. 20 on the L.E. Bell Field in Heflin. This band competition will be sponsored by the Ranburne and Cleburne County High School Band Booster Clubs. Bands from Alabama and Georgia have been invited to attend. This will be an exciting event for Heflin and CCHS to host.
