NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Michael S. Prince, Deborah A. Prince, and Donald S. Prince on August 15, 2008 in favor of Douglas County Bank, and recorded August 18, 2008 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cleburne County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 2008, Page 3982, as affected by that certain Modification Agreement dated September 15, 2011 and recorded January 27, 2012 in Mortgage Book 2012 Page 273, aforesaid Office of the Judge of Probate of Cleburne County, Alabama (as amended and modified, the "Mortgage"), which default continues, the undersigned Hamilton State Bank, as successor in interest to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its capacity as Receiver for Douglas County Bank, and as the holder of the Mortgage, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Cleburne County, Alabama Courthouse located in Heflin, Cleburne County, Alabama, on the 7th day of October, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, the following real property situated in Cleburne County, Alabama, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 14 South, Range 12 East, Cleburne County, Alabama, containing 9.33 acres, being the same property as shown on a plat dated November 11, 1998, prepared by J.R.
