Gift cards for guns
The Tuscaloosa News reports on a buyback program that trades guns for cash and gift cards.
The Tuscaloosa Police Department is hoping a gun buyback program will help get guns off the streets before the summer.
Crime usually increases during the summer months, when teenagers are out of school and people are outside more often because of long days with mild weather.
