Alabama High School Graduation exam changes postponed

Because of budget cuts and curriculum changes, Alabama students will have to keep taking the graduation exam in order to earn a diploma, at least for another year. 

The Alabama Department of Education had decided to phase out the five-part test in favor of end-of-course exams.
